Anna Mae Payne

Anna Mae Payne, 91, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017 at her daughter's residence. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 23, 1926, daughter of the late Alfred J. and Nannie Coates Cain. She retired from Proctor & Gamble and was a member of the First Church of God. She is survived by one son, Ronnie Payne & (Marsha) of Cincinnati, OH, one daughter, Sandy Rath of Cincinnati, OH, one sister, Naomi Boblett of Port Charlotte, FL, grandchildren, Rob Payne, Rick Payne & (Tracy), Randy Payne & (Pam), Renee Hall & (Vince) and John Hess & (Carrie), step grandchildren, Christina Brann & (Eric), Michelle Alvarez & (Juan), Josh Gentry and Kenny Rath & (Susan), great-grandchildren, Peyton Payne, Presley Payne, Tiffany Mason & (Shane), Tyler Payne, Jared Payne, Andrea Payne, MacKenzie Campbell, Savannah Campbell, Ethan Hess and Ellaina Hess, step great-grandchildren, Mason Hall, Chase Hall, Ryan Sawhook, Courtney Sawhook, Ashley Brann, Laney Brann, Hannah Gentry, Toby Gentry, Austin Gentry, Charlie Gentry, Grace Rath Kaleb Rath and Sarah Frank, great-great-grandchildren, Eli Mariol and Eribella Mariol and step great-great-grandchildren, Isabell Mason, Makenzie Mason, Alayna Mason and Samuel Mason. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Payne, who died on September 2, 2008, her parents, son-in-law, Barry Rath, two sisters, Geneva Wesley and Allene Watterson and two brothers, Alfred B. Cain and Paul Cain. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Green officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Wednesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. The family request donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
