Anna F Loveless

Anna F. Loveless, 78, of Waynesburg, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at her home.

She was born on August 30, 1947 in Lincoln County, Kentucky to the late Henry & Bertha (Sparkman) Eldridge and was raised by Floyd & Leatha Frazier. Anna was a faithful member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and making lasting memories with those she loved. She enjoyed camping and fishing, loved dancing, shopping, and having her nails done, and was well known for preparing delicious home-cooked meals that brought family and friends together. Anna dedicated 28 years of service to the Lincoln County Board of Education as a bus driver, where she cared for and safely transported generations of students. She will be remembered for her kind heart, loving spirit, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Donna Slone, Rob & (Donna) Slone, Rick Slone, and Mandy & (Lucas) Merino; her grandchildren, Dustin & (Kelsie) Slone, Steven Slone, Shelby & (Kurtlin) Wells, Lane & (Sarah) Slone, Maddy Slone, Matteo Merino, and Silas Merino; great-grandchildren, Carson, Jackson, Dalilah, Arden, Elena, Olivia, and Kane; her sister, Vivian Greer; and her brother, Tyrone & (Brenda) Eldridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, James Eldridge, Earl Eldridge, Lanny Eldridge, Lon Eldridge, and Nadine Irvin.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Chuck Jacobs officiating.

Burial will be at Double Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until time for services.
