Andrew Daniel Pfeiffer IV

Andrew Daniel Pfeiffer IV, 80, of Science Hill, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

Andrew was born on June 14, 1945 to the late Andrew & Zella Fern (Hall) Pfeiffer in Hammond, Indiana. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and cherished time spent outdoors. He was of the Baptist faith and held those values close throughout his life. Andrew's greatest joy, however, was his family, whom he loved more than anything.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Donna L. (Wilson) Pfeiffer; his son, Andrew P. & (Jessica) Pfeiffer; two daughters, Rebecca Sears and Elisabeth & (Collin) Holt; a sister, Verna Lee Shell; his grandchildren, Andrew D. & (Emory) Pfeiffer, Payton Sears, Aleah Sears & (Jaden Vaught) Clayton Cundiff, Cassidy Cundiff, Ziden Pfeiffer, and Mason & (Marketta) Mayner; great-grandchildren, Aurora Mae Sears, Andrew E. Pfeiffer, Owen Pfeiffer, Mallory Mayner, and Maverick Mayner; and four step-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, George Henry Pfeiffer and Frank Kay Pfeiffer; his sisters, Ruby Ann Loveless, Marilyn E. Gass, and Donna Sharon Underwood; and a very special friend, Steven Hines.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Adam Shell officiating.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 11:00 AM until time for services.

Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

Military Honors will be performed by the American Legion Post #38.
