Amos Ira Warren, 80, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018.
He was born in Bethelridge, Kentucky on May 19, 1937, son of the late John Ashley and Biddie Susan Dick Warren. He was a carpenter and of the Baptist faith. He was caretaker of Science Hill Cemetery for 20 plus years.
He is survived by one brother, Clarence "Red" Warren of Barnesburg, KY, one sister, Maureen "Margie" Dykes of Dahl, KY, special friend and caretaker, Amy Weddle of Science Hill, several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth E. Robinson Warren, his parents, three sisters along with their husbands, Nellie & (Ray) Haste, Lola & (Ted) Denton and Beulah & (Stanley) Easterly, one brother, Vernie Warren along with five brothers and sisters who died in infancy, Ernie, Elsie, Louie, Eddie and Opal.
A graveside service will be held at 4 PM Friday, May 11, 2018 at Science Hill Cemetery.
Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.
