Amanda Lea Smith, 39, of Somerset, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her residence.
 
She was born in Somerset on October 5, 1982; daughter of Harvey and Janet (Molen) Kidd. She worked as a homemaker.
 
She is survived by her parents; her step-father, Bobby Shoopman of Somerset; her grandpa, Clyde Molen of Somerset; two sons, Dakota Molen and Colten Smith, both of Somerset; two daughters, Summer Molen & (Brandon Cassidy) and Kristen Smith & (Ottis Dykes), both of Somerset; a brother, Randy & (Shawna) Shoopman of Somerset; two sisters, Ashley & (Walter) Coomer of Somerset and Sherry & (Kevin) Smith of Sidney, Ohio; two grandchildren, Skylynne Shelton and Kyson Molen; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and two special friends, Sunshine Dalton and Crystal Abbott.
 
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Wilburn Thomas Kidd, Audrey Ellen Wesley, Omeda Molen, and Quilla Roberts.
 
A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Sears officiating.
 
Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
