Alvin Dale Denney, 64, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on November 18, 1953, son of the late T.D. and Clara Mae DeBord Denney. He was an employee for Cumberland Mill Work & Supply for 15 years. He enjoyed working in the garden and mowing. Alvin loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Kelene Inabnitt Denney of Eubank, one son, Josh & (Jessica) Denney of Eubank, one daughter, Kelly & (Tom) Allen of Nancy, one brother, Darrell Denney of Eubank, one sister, Linda Doan of Somerset, four grandchildren, Sean Denney, Caitlin Denney, Aaron Allen and Lauren Allen.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mark Denney.
A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Friday, August 24, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Shelby Reynolds officiating.
Burial will be in Etna Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
