Alice Elaine Partin

Alice Elaine Partin, 77, of Science Hill, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

 

She is survived by three children, Mark Partin of Science Hill, Patricia & (Gordon) Gentry of Eubank, and Phillip Andrew & (Jen) Partin of Merrieta, CA.; one sister, Alicia & (Charles) Perry of Owingsville, KY.; she is also survived by two grandsons, Ryan & (Jaelindsey) Gentry of Eubank; Sean & (Heather) Gentry of Brodhead; ten great-grandchildren, Keelan, Kendall, Owen, Blakley, Bristol, Adley, Remi, Weston, Axle, and Todd.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Partin; her father, Hank Chitwood, and her mother, Glenice Chitwood.

 

Alice was born on October 12, 1943 to Hank and Glenice Chitwood. Alice was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She spent her days making a wonderful home for her family. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved to sing and was an active member of Liberty Baptist Church in Crab Orchard. Alice was very loved by her family and will be missed very much. 

 

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Zandell Hasty officiating.

 

Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends after 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
