Alex Hixson

Alex Hixson, 39, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away suddenly Thursday, October 12, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident.He was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on October 14, 1977, son of Danny and Peggy Roberts Hixson. He and his dog Pistol enjoyed traveling and spending time at the lake.He is survived by his parents, Danny and Peggy Hixson of Somerset and one sister, Carrie & (Dennis) Profitt of Pensacola, FL.He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jesse and Gracie Emerson Hixson and maternal grandparents, Cash and Pauline Putteet Roberts.A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, October 16, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.Burial will be in Salyers Cemetery in Casey County.Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
