Jerry Lee Muse, 49, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Danville, Kentucky on May 20, 1968, son of Jerry Wayne and Susan Caudill Muse. He was self-employed. He is survived by his wife, Judy Alexander Muse, his parents, Jerry Wayne and Susan Muse, one son, William Logan Muse, two daughters, Alexandria Lee Kolasa & (Chris) and Shali Alexander & (Davidde Wilson), maternal grandmother, Leola Caudill, two brothers, Jimmy Muse & (Megan) and Jonathan "Jon" Muse & (Amanda), one sister, Jill Muse Morrison, six grandchildren, Amileah, Savannah, Lexi, Caroline, Olivia and Emma, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Scott, Lynn, Jamie, Mindy, John and Amanda, a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Lee Muse, Jr., his paternal grandparents, Boyd Muse and Geneva & TC Sanders, maternal grandfather, Forester Caudill and brother-in-law, Terry Mobley. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, October 9, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Bullock officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Waynesburg, KY. Visitation will be after 5 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
