Kenneth H. Nothstein

Kenneth H. Nothstein, 76, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Wadsworth, Ohio on February 12, 1941, son of the late Thomas and Viola (Mark) Nothstein. He was a carpenter for the Denham & Blythe Construction Company in Lexington and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Judy Bryant Nothstein, a son, Kenny Nothstein of Eubank, two daughters, Stacy & (John) Voll of Lakewood, Ohio and Wendy & (Joe) Gordon of Northridgeville, Ohio, one brother, Norbert & (Rita) Nothstein of Colorado, a sister-in-law, Patty Nothstein of Rootstown, Ohio and four grandchildren, Kendra Voll, Jacklyn Voll, David Gordon and Alyssa Gordon. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Loyal Nothstein and a sister, Bonita Pierce. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Friday, August 25, 2017 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Jackie Dale Jacobs officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #38. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
