Lillian "Diane" Broadway Goins

Lillian "Diane" Broadway Goins, 57, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital. She was born in Jackson, Kentucky on August 28, 1959, daughter of Charles and Josephine Hill Broadway. She was a caregiver and a member of Rock Lick Baptist Church. She enjoyed arts and crafts and loved all animals, especially hummingbirds, horses and cats. She is survived by two children, Shawn Goins & (Jessica Hardin) and Chris Goins & (Laura Hornsby), her parents, Charles and Josephine Broadway, two brothers, Tommy Broadway & (Wanda) and Joe Hill & (Kathy), two sisters, Debi Dykes & (Mark Shufflebarger) and Theresa Higgens, four grandchildren, Madison Goins, Mason Goins, Matthew Atkins and Chris Hornsby and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wayne Goins, two brothers, Gene Broadway and Charles "Chuck" Hill and one sister, Violet Ahr. A funeral service will be held at 4 PM Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Damon Jones officiating. Visitation will be after 2 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
