Donna Jean McGonigal

Donna Jean McGonigal, 66, of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 1, 1950, daughter of the late William Edward and Phyllis Louise Everett McPheron. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Thomas Moore of Mt. Vernon, KY, two grandchildren, Thomas Hayden Moore and Nicole Creekmore and one great-granddaughter, Andy Moore. She is also survived by special caregiver, Debbie McKnight of Somerset, eleven sisters and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Jesamie Moore and one grandson, Gavin Moore. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Woodstock Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Davis officiating. Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Wednesday at the church. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
