Danelle Taylor

Danelle Taylor, 47, of Science Hill, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 2, 2017. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on October 5, 1969, daughter of Michele "Mickie" Taylor and L.B. Taylor. She was the activity director for Somerset Nursing & Rehab. She is the mother of Eric & (Morgan) Jones and nan to Layton Jones. She is also survived by her mother, Mickie Taylor; her father, L.B. & (Peggy) Taylor; brothers, Jeff & (Annette) Taylor, Mark & (Tammy) Taylor and David & (Mary) Wells; sister, Keli & (David) Nelson; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey & (Bridgett) Taylor, Tyler & (Kayla) Wells, Josh & (Jessica) Taylor, Corkie & (Aaron) Acton, Dalton & (Whitney) Taylor, John David Nelson and Molli Jo Nelson; great-nieces and great-nephews, Sadie, Maverick and Bailey Taylor, Brysten Wells, Raelynn and Oliver Acton; aunt, Deborah Whalen; cousins, Chris and Michael Whalen and special friends, Greg Jones, Annette Burton, Pam Payton and the employees of Somerset Nursing & Rehab. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lewis and Jessie Taylor and Bill and Dorothy Gibbons. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Butte and Bro. Curtis Sellers officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Alzheimers Association or the American Cancer Society. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
