Charles Horace Sanford

Charles Horace Sanford, 84, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on November 10, 1932, son of the late Viola Brackett Sanford and Charles Horace Sanford, Sr. He was an employee for the Massachusetts Highway Road Construction Company and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by one son, Mark Sanford of Eubank and one sister, Virginia Girard of Beverly, MA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Blaisdell Sanford, one son, Allan Sanford and one brother, Richard Sanford. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Friday, June 2, 2017 at Eubank Cemetery with Bro. Scott Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery with military honors by American Legion Post #38. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
