Dorothy Gear

Dorothy Gear, 85, of Ocala, Florida, formerly of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017. She was born in Alta, West Virginia on April 24, 1932, daughter of the late Robert and Iris Long Chandler. She was a bookkeeper and homemaker. She is survived by her loving husband, of 67 years, Clarence Gear, three children, Patty Kendall of Ocala, FL, Robert Lewis & (Jackie) Gear of Hartville, OH and Clarence Wade & (Brenda) Gear of Akron, OH, six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. A graveside service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Eubank Cemetery with Bro. Scott Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
