Jerry L. Searan, Sr.

Jerry L. Searan, Sr., 78, of Nancy, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017. He was born on June 20, 1938 in Collinsville, Oklahoma, son of the late Wayne Rex and Ruth Sappington Searan. He was a former employee for Sundor Products and retired as a handy man in Kentucky. He attended the New Hope Baptist Church. Jerry is survived by a daughter, Venus Yao of Marana, Arizona, two sons, Jim Searan of Eubank and Jerry Searan, Jr. of Romoland, California, one brother, Wayne Searan of Kingman, Arizona, fifteen granchildren and twenty eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sons, Earl and George Searan. A funeral service will be 12 PM Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with James Searan officiating. Visitation will be after 11 AM Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
