Mildred "Mem" Warren

Mildred "Mem" Warren, 86, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born in Eubank, Kentucky on October 14, 1930, daughter of the late Johnny Green and Bessie Ashley Smith. She was retired from Citizens Bank as a custodian and a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano, going to church and cleaning. She is survived by one daughter, Tina Logan & (Jimmy Mink), four siblings, Marcella & (Doc) Blevins, Vernie & (Delmar) Whitter, Gloria Dean & (Billy) Dick and Lloyd Smith, all of Eubank and three grandchildren, Monica Logan of Somerset, Tyler Logan and Becky Mink, both of Science Hill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Warren, who died on June 5, 2010, her parents and four siblings, Sue Ann Dick, Grace Trevor, Claude Smith and Darrell Smith. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, March 17, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ernie Wyatt and Bro. Bill Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
