Charles Shannon Watson

Shannon Watson, 51, of Eubank, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 2, 1965, son of the late Daniel Gary and Phyllis Ann Hart Watson. He was a lawn caretaker and a member of the Science Hill Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his aunts, Mary Lois & ( Monk) Wesley and Debbie & (Pat) Wilson, both of Science Hill, Paul & (Bernice) Watson, and Jeanette Burton, both of Somerset. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Beecher & Bertha Watson and Denver & Dorothy Hart. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Science Hill Church of the Nazarene with Bro. Lawrence Golden and Bro. Curtis Sellers officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home and after 10 AM on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Science Hill Church of the Nazarene until after services. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
