Connie Jean Haste Phelps

Connie Jean Haste Phelps, 53, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on October 21, 1963, daughter of Kenneth and Reeda Robinson Haste. She loved her family, music and animals. While she often was in pain from her health problems, her focus was always on others with a smile on her face. She is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Reeda Haste, two daughters, Brandi Phelps and Erica Phelps and one brother, David Haste, all of Eubank. She was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Haste, who died in infancy. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, February 24, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Haste officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
