Valerie Lynne Adams

Valerie Lynne Adams, 57, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017. She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on October 21, 1959, daughter of Helen Pittman Sweet and the late Oscar McKinley Singleton. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist #2 in Eubank. She is survived by her significant other, Vernon Orville Alcorn, her mother and step father, Helen Pittman Sweet and Lonnie Sweet, three daughters, Patricia Jo Barron & (Brian), Melissa Marie Linkes & (John) and Stephanie Lynn Santee & (Steven), grandchildren, Madison Makinley Barron, Micah Zachary Barron and Isabella RayAnn Santee, two sisters, Wendy Renee Robinson and Brenda Sue Linder, one brother, Ivan Norris Singleton, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Adams, her father, Oscar McKinley Singleton. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Haste and Bro. Larry Harris officiating. Burial will be in Singleton Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
