Ronald Bruce Ping, 49, of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, formerly of Eubank, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 26, 1967, son of Ronald T. and Sue Ann Phelps Ping. He was an electrical maintenance technician for Decoart. He enjoyed farming, the Andy Griffith Show, Christian music, traveling whenever possible, his family and friends. He spent his free time building a cabin for a lake home. He is survived by his wife, Stacey Lynne Ping, of Mt. Vernon, his parents, Ronald T. and Sue Ann Phelps Ping, of Eubank, two daughters, Rebecca & (Jay) Zimmerman of Chula Vista, CA and Sarah & (Louis) Duhon of Louisville, KY, two step sons, Chad & (Amanda) Moeler of Indianapolis, IN and Kyle & (Kasey) McIntosh of Crothersville, IN, one brother, Brian & (Kacey) Ping of Somerset, one sister, Sherri & (Brian) Craig of Salvisa, KY, father-in-law, Jerry Arlaud of Nancy, sister-in-law, Shana Simpson of Franklin, IN, one grandchild, Anthony Duhon and seven step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Cheryl Arlaud. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Green officiating. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
