Nancy Carole Hines

Nancy Carole Hines, 76, of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017. She was born in Russell Springs, Kentucky on November 14, 1940, daughter of the late Virgil M. and Jewell E. Wilson Burton. She was a teacher for the Mason County School System in Kentucky and had her Master's Degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. She is survived by three sons, Deron J. Raul Hines from Jackson, TN, Douglas Mercer Hines of Austin, TX and Jesus Patino of Memphis, TN, two daughters, Kimberly Hines Davis of Jackson, MS and Angela Carole Hines of Brandon, MS, two brothers, Mac Burton and Phillip Burton, both of Russell Springs, KY, one sister, Annette Godby of Cincinnati, OH, seven grandchildren, Neal Davis, Ariel Davis, Dylan Hines, Mason Hines, Evan Nunenmacher, Maggie Patino and Jacob Patino, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas J. Hines and her parents. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Damon Jones officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
