Norma Jean Mofield

Norma Jean Neeley Mofield, 64, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on November 12, 1951, daughter of the late Estil William and Sarah Ellen Carrender Neeley. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, William Mofield of Science Hill, one son, Russell Hines of Science Hill, one daughter, Joyce Hines & (fiancé, Kenneth Morgan) of London, KY, two brothers, Milford Neeley of Somerset and Dallas Neeley of Monticello, three sisters, Mary Branscum and Shelia Neeley, both of Nancy and Alma Neeley of Monticello, half-sister, Myrtle Lee Storie of Stearns, KY and special friend, Koi Burton of Science Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Richard E. Hines, two brothers, Charles Neeley and Cressell Neeley and one sister, Judy Neeley. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, September 23, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jamie Couch officiating. Burial will be in Vaught Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
