Judy Kay Dick, 59, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at University of Kentucky Medical Center.
She was born in King Bee, Kentucky on August 12, 1956, daughter of the late Howard Clay and Maggie Mofield Dick.
She is survived by her brother, Elza Dick of Eubank.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Lizard Lope Cemetery with Bro. Bert Hall officiating.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
