Peggy Simpson Neal, 78, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Strunk, Kentucky on May 5, 1937, daughter of the late Mitchell and Maude Wilson Simpson. She was a homemaker. She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Lynn & (Kenny) Wesley of Liberty, Cathy Lee & (Wayne) Hughes of Eubank and Elizabeth Ann & (Patrick) Eichmann of Nancy, one brother, Bob & (Joan) Simpson of Salisbury, MD, four grandchildren, Peggy Marie & (Scott) Forbes, William Wayne "Billy" & (Keisha) Hughes, Ashley Nicole & (Larry) Price and Olivia Christine Eichmann, five great-grandchildren, Khloe Hughes, Koleson Eichmann, Camden Marcum, Hunter Price and Taylor Price and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rosvell "Bill" Neal, whom she married on October 30, 1954 and who died on January 6, 2004, her parents, two brothers, L.D. Simpson and Dennie Simpson, four sisters, Dessie Simpson, Brenda Simpson, Vella Simpson and Addie Davis and one great-grandchild, Xander Price. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Williams and Bro. Robert Collins officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
