Boyd Wesley

Boyd Wesley, son of the late Mitchell and Patsy Gadberry Wesley, was born in Ansel, Kentucky on April 13, 1934 and departed this life on March 23, 2006 at the age of 71 years. He was a truck driver, logger and coal miner. He is survived by a son, Stephen & (Joann) Wesley of Science Hill, six brothers, William Jerd "Junior" Wesley of Ansel, Ronald Wesley of the Jacksonville Community, Ira Wesley of Ohio, Raven Wesley, Elden Wesley and Lawrence Wesley all of the Mt. Zion Community, two sisters, Dovie Haste of Science Hill and Illa Jean Hendricks of the Hogue Community and a grandchild, Destini Jade Wesley of Science Hill. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Faye Clines Wesley, his parents, two daughters, Roberta and Shirley Wesley, two sisters, Alice Norris and Delida Mae Wesley and three brothers, Gladstone, Ivan and Donald Wesley. A funeral service will be at 1 PM Sunday, March 26, 2006 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ernest Warren officiating. Burial in Sardis Cemetery. Visitation after 6 PM Saturday. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
