Arnold Haste, Jr.

Arnold Haste, Jr., 81, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016. He was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on May 27, 1934, son of the late Arnold and Pearl Sweet Haste, Sr. He was a night watchman for Vaught Brothers Manufacturing and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by one son, Ray & (Linda) Haste, one daughter, Carolyn & (David) Warren, one brother, Merle & (Mary) Haste, all of Science Hill, three grandchildren, Shelly & (Donnie) Branscum, Kevin & (Carrie) Haste and Nathan Warren, five great-grandchildren, Alyson Branscum, Jonathan Branscum, Austin Warren, Hailey Warren and Bryson Warren and two sisters-in-law, Dovie Haste and Mayrene Haste. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Hodge Haste, his parents and three brothers, Glen Haste, Carroll Lee Haste and Donnie Ray Haste. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon Friday, January 29, 2016 at West Science Hill Cemetery with Bro. Don Branscum officiating. Burial will be in West Science Hill Cemetery. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
