Doris Jean Godbey

Doris Jean Godbey, 75, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation in Liberty, Kentucky. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 3, 1937, daughter of the late William Harold and Emma Hudson Stephens. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Richie & (Susan) Nicholas of Science Hill and one granddaughter, Chelsea Leann Nicholas. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Ray Stephens and a grandson, Jordan Nicholas. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, July 6, 2013 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Haist officiating. Burial will be in Ringgold Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
