Elmer Donald Taylor

Elmer Donald Taylor, 73, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Rockcastle County, Kentucky on November 18, 1937, son of the late Alice Taylor. He was a truck driver for Hinkle Contracting. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sue Goforth Taylor of Somerset, one daughter, Barbara "Deana" & (Kenneth) Estep of Science Hill and two granddaughters, Katharine Taylor Estep and Sarah Elizabeth Estep. He was preceded in death by his mother and one brother, Alvin Taylor. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, July 25, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Bradley Goforth and Bro. Jack Harris officiating. Burial will be in Goforth Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
