Donna Moore-Young, 43, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 22, 1969, daughter of George and Mereda Burkett Moore. She was a LPN for the Neighborhood Nursing and Rehab.

She is survived by her husband, Leon M. Young, her parents, George and Mereda Moore, two sons, Jeffrey Tyrese Garrett and Jacob Devonte Moore, all of Science Hill, step son, Damyan Michael Young of Danville, KY and mother-in-law, Ella M. Young of Science Hill.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Massey officiating.

Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held after 11 AM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
