Donna Gail Cummins, 49, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at University of Kentucky Medical Center.

She was born in Broughtontown, Kentucky on February 2, 1964, daughter of the late Tom Kidd Jr. and Wanda G. Hodge Caldwell.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Henry Cummins, one son, Justin Michael Blake Cummins, one daughter, Valerie Nicole Cummins, all of Waynesburg, five brothers, Danny Kidd of Indiana, Richard Caudill, Jeremy Caldwell, Gary Caldwell and Karl Caldwell, all of Mt. Vernon, KY, two sisters, Vicki & (Dalmas) Doan and Angela Gentry, both of Mt. Vernon, KY, twenty one nieces and nephews and twenty seven great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Kidd Jr., mother, Wanda G. Hodge Caldwell, step father, Jerry Caldwell, one brother, Michael Caudill and three sisters, Connie Kidd, Patricia Blevins and Michelle Bowman. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery, Broughtontown, KY.

Visitation will be after 10 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
